Hi, I’m Rachael!


I’ve always had a creative mind, but for a long time, I didn’t know how to express it. My journey started with studying interior design, but something didn’t feel quite right. I eventually found myself drawn to fashion history, a much closer fit, and by the end of my degree, I discovered a deep passion for the power of social media.

Still, I held myself back for years, weighed down by self-doubt. I worked behind the scenes helping other businesses achieve their dreams, until one day I asked myself: what’s really stopping me? The answer? My own mindset.

So here I am launching Rachael Smith Social, a space where I combine my love for health, fitness, fashion, skincare, and creativity. If you’re here supporting me at the start of this journey, thank you. I can’t wait to see how this community grows!
